In my opinion each and every dish in this state are delicious, but there is always one that stands out in this case I think are the panuchos that we can find a great combination of flavors and colors that make this dish something delicious.
ResponderEliminarpersonally all the dishes in the Yucatan are delicious, but I would say cochinita pibil is the best because it is the food that distinguishes merida for its great taste you have.

To me, all the dishes you mention are more than delicious, are the best we have in the state of Yucatan. I love lime soup broth is the best you can try again and again, that combination of chicken, toast,and your piece of lime is delicious and the best remedy for a cold. Hehehe :)
ResponderEliminarhi!!! in my opinion, the favorite dish is the panuchos. because are golden brown and crispy. the convination of chicken,beans, onions and tomatoes is very good.I really think that all Yucatecan food is delicious. but in particular my love panucho me.
